
People Consultant (FTC until 31st December 2025)

- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support the development and engagement of employees.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Act as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct performance management and employee relations activities to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee development needs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to improve retention and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership on best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
- Manage and maintain employee records and data in a confidential and accurate manner.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives to drive business objectives and support organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the company.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
- Continuously work towards improving and streamlining HR processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Law.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Providing Guidance And Support To Managers And Employees On Hr Related Matters.
