As a People Consultant in our Corporate and Institutional Banking division, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and driving our business forward. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the banking industry.   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders in the Corporate and Institutional Banking division.
  2. Drive organizational success by providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  3. Use your in-depth knowledge of the banking industry to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  5. Provide support and advice to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  6. Ensure compliance with local and global HR regulations and best practices.
  7. Utilize effective communication skills to effectively convey HR information to all levels of the organization.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and risks, and develop appropriate solutions.
  10. Collaborate with the global HR team to implement and roll out global HR initiatives and programs.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the organization.
  12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  13. Act as a role model for HSBC's values and behaviors, and promote a strong culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance your HR and banking industry knowledge and skills to effectively support the organization's needs.
  15. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data and metrics to support decision-making and drive HR strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Or Consulting Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Change Management, With The Ability To Drive And Implement Strategic Initiatives.
