- Provide strategic and operational support to employees in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Drive positive cultural change within the organization by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and act as a trusted advisor and resource for HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to address HR challenges and support business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to identify key trends and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and retention.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting the organization as an employer of choice and a great place to work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Global Hr Practices And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Managing Complex Employee Relations Issues, Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, And Driving Change Management Initiatives.
