5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to address HR challenges and support business objectives.
6. Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to identify key trends and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and retention.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
9. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting the organization as an employer of choice and a great place to work.
