Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical production support for Oracle/SQL, Linux/Unix-related systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Monitor system performance and resolve any production related issues.
4. Maintain and update system documentation.
5. Analyze system requirements and develop solutions to best meet customer needs.
6. Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
8. Develop and maintain user support materials such as FAQs and training materials.
9. Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
10. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
