We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Retention Manager to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mortgage clients, providing exceptional customer service and retention strategies. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in mortgage retention, who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with clients.   1. Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective retention strategies to retain existing mortgage clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current mortgage products and market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  6. Analyze client data and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling mortgage products.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand the mortgage portfolio.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise with existing clients.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand in all interactions with clients.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the Wealth and Personal Banking team.
  11. Provide timely and accurate reports on client retention and portfolio performance to management.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all processes and procedures are in line with standards.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on mortgage products and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to improve overall customer experience and retention strategies.
  15. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Retaining High Net Worth Clients In The Banking Or Wealth Management Sector.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Particularly Mortgages, To Provide Personalized Solutions To Clients.
