  1. Develop and implement strategies for incorporating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into HSBC's technology systems.
  2. Design and build advanced AI and ML models to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.
  3. Lead the Devops team in developing and maintaining efficient and reliable software delivery processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions using Devops tools and methodologies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in ML, AI, and Devops and provide recommendations on how to incorporate them into HSBC's operations.
  6. Mentor and train team members on ML, AI, and Devops concepts and best practices.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in all ML, AI, and Devops processes and systems.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to ML, AI, and Devops and provide timely resolutions.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with HSBC's goals.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  12. Represent HSBC as a subject matter expert in ML, AI, and Devops at industry events and conferences.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the team and across the organization.
  14. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and teamwork.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Machine Learning And Artificial Intelligence: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Ml And Ai Solutions In The Financial Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Algorithms And Frameworks.

  • Strong Technical Background: Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And R, Along With Experience In Data Analysis, Data Mining, And Statistical Modeling.

  • Devops And Automation Skills: Proven Experience In Implementing Devops Practices And Automation Tools For Continuous Integration, Delivery, And Deployment Of Ml And Ai Solutions.

  • Leadership And Project Management: A Track Record Of Leading And Managing Teams To Successfully Deliver Complex Ml And Ai Projects, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services And Regulatory Compliance: In-Depth Understanding Of The Financial Industry, Including Banking, Risk Management, And Compliance Regulations, With The Ability To Develop Ml And Ai Solutions That Meet Regulatory Requirements.
