Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Middle Office Operations Within The Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Markets, Including Derivatives, Securities, And Fixed Income.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
