- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes for the trading activities of HSBC.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth risk analysis to assess potential impacts on the traded products portfolio.
- Work closely with traders, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure trading activities are aligned with risk management objectives.
- Develop and maintain risk models and metrics to measure, monitor, and report on market risk exposure.

- Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to senior management on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement risk management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and risk management peers in the industry.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing risk management processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on risk management concepts and methodologies.
