We are looking for a Manager SME – Quality Assurance & Education to join our team at HSBC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of performance and service delivery of the HSBC global operations as well as managing the development and implementation of learning and education programmes.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in the banking and financial services industry, as well as excellent skills in the areas of quality assurance, training and education, project management, and leadership. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful implementations and a high level of customer service.We are seeking an individual with a proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale. The successful candidate should be a confident, highly motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
