Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Distribution, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Sales Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales And Distribution Strategies, Techniques, And Best Practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Highly Preferred.
