- Oversee and manage all aspects of payment operations at HSBC, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in the delivery of payment services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline payment processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously evaluate and enhance payment services offered by HSBC.
- Lead and manage a team of payment specialists, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for any payment-related issues or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to payment services.
- Monitor and analyze payment data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within HSBC to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling payment services to existing clients.
- Represent HSBC in industry events and conferences, showcasing our payment services and building relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on payment operations and performance to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance payment services and improve customer experiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the payment services team, encouraging innovation and creativity.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payment Services, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Payment Systems, Including Swift, Chips, And Fedwire.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Performance Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
