  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the CNC division to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  4. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and business objectives.

  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  11. Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  12. Manage budget and expenses for the CNC division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  13. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  14. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration and excellence within the CNC division and across the organization.
  15. Represent HSBC and the CNC division at industry events, conferences and meetings.

  • Extensive Experience In Cnc (Computer Numerical Control) Operations, With A Strong Understanding Of Machine Programming And Troubleshooting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team Of Cnc Operators, Ensuring Efficient And Effective Production Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Cnc Operations, Including Safety Protocols And Quality Control Measures.

  • Exceptional Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
