  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the DCC team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the DCC team.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to data management and customer communications.
  5. Lead and mentor team members to maximize their potential and foster a positive work environment.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance data management and customer communication processes.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on DCC operations and present findings to senior management.
  9. Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and customer communication to continually improve processes and operations.
  11. Monitor and manage the budget for the DCC team and ensure cost-effective operations.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  13. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns.
  14. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
