  1. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of HSBC's US CTO Data Technology Cloud Platform and Tools.
  2. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the cloud platform and tools in meeting the organization's business needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and within allocated resources.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cloud platform and tools, and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Implement best practices and industry standards in the development and deployment of the cloud platform and tools.
  7. Hire, train, and manage a team of professionals to support the development and maintenance of the cloud platform and tools.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  9. Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of the cloud platform and tools.
  11. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the development and deployment of the cloud platform and tools.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  13. Collaborate with other managers and departments to align the cloud platform and tools with overall business strategies and goals.
  14. Represent HSBC and the US CTO Data Technology Cloud Platform and Tools at industry events and conferences.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Business Systems And Data Technology In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Cloud Platforms And Tools, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Data Technology Projects And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
