Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking Systems, Processes, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Business Systems Projects And Driving Process Improvements.
