  4. Provide guidance and support to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.

  7. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to identify and implement process improvements and customer-centric initiatives.
  8. Monitor branch performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  9. Ensure the branch adheres to all security, safety, and risk management protocols.
  10. Represent the branch and the bank in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on branch performance and any issues or concerns.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve branch processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among branch staff.
  15. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Branch Operations, Including Cash Management, Customer Service, And Compliance.

  • Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Staff.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency And Achieving Branch Targets, With A Focus On Customer Satisfaction.
