  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the South India region.
  2. Provide expert financial advice and solutions to corporate clients to meet their business needs.
  3. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the assigned market.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  6. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  8. Monitor and analyze client accounts to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  12. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, as needed.
  13. Keep abreast of changes in the banking industry and adapt strategies accordingly.
  14. Represent HSBC in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Banking, With A Focus On Employee Banking.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Particularly In The Areas Of Employee Banking And Msf (Multi-Currency Account) Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients At All Levels.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Targets And Goals.
