Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Log Monitoring Tools Such As Splunk, Elk, Or Ibm Qradar.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In A Timely Manner.
