- Provide legal advice and support to the Wholesale Credit & Lending business at HSBC.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to credit and lending.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to credit and lending.
- Advise and assist in the development of new lending products and services.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Attorney, Preferably In Corporate Or Banking Law
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Lending And Credit Products, Including Regulatory And Compliance Requirements
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
