Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Collections, Preferably In A Legal Or Financial Institution.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Debt Collection.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Negotiate Effectively With Clients, Legal Representatives, And Other Stakeholders.
