- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement training strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Design and facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for employees.
- Ensure training materials and resources are up-to-date and relevant.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.
- Represent the Learning Delivery team in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the company.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the overall learning and development experience for employees.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Training, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing, Developing, And Delivering Training Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners.
Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And Other Training Delivery Tools.
