- Lead and manage a team of insurance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote insurance products and services to international and premier banking clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to insurance and wealth management, and advise the team accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to bank clients.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in insurance and wealth management.
- Monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and retention.
- Stay updated on HSBC's insurance products and services, and effectively communicate them to team members and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of insurance-related processes and systems within the bank.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Sales Or Wealth Management, Preferably In An International Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Life, Health, And Wealth Protection Plans.
Leadership Experience And Proven Track Record In Managing A Team, Including Coaching And Development Of Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients And Cross-Functional Teams.
