4. Create reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
6. Monitor banking and financial services industry trends and provide recommendations for adapting to changing conditions.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Develop and execute training programs to ensure team members are properly educated on HSBC’s policies and procedures.
9. Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Provide strategic insights and guidance to team members.
