Head of Party and Reference Data Mastering

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Party and Reference Data Mastering to join our growing HSBC team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of party and reference data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements. To be successful in this role, you should possess extensive experience with the management of data, as well as a strong understanding of financial services regulations and industry best practices. You should be highly organized and have excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of party and reference data, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Develop and implement processes and procedures for the management of data • Monitor, maintain, and update data on a regular basis • Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and vendors • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements • Oversee data governance initiatives and ensure proper use of the data • Identify and address any data quality issues • Monitor data quality metrics and reports • Prepare and present data analyses and reports to senior management • Develop and deliver data training and education initiatives • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals • Design and implement data solutions and strategies to improve data accuracy and efficiency
