  2. Lead and manage a team of digital asset technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
  4. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations in the digital banking industry.
  5. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, constantly seeking ways to enhance digital capabilities.
  6. Ensure the security and reliability of digital asset technology systems and processes.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for digital asset technology projects.
  8. Communicate and report on the progress of digital asset technology initiatives to senior leadership.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for digital asset technology, providing guidance and support to other teams within the bank.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to digital asset technology.
  14. Drive a customer-centric approach to digital asset technology, ensuring that the needs of customers are at the forefront of all initiatives.
