We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Client Change EMEA at HSBC.   1. Develop and implement strategies for client change initiatives across the EMEA region, in alignment with the overall business objectives of HSBC.
  2. Lead and manage a team of change professionals to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in client change processes and systems, leveraging technology and best practices.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to client change management.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to client change initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the client change team, and promote a positive working relationship with other departments and teams.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client change management, and apply this knowledge to enhance our processes and services.
  10. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences, and participate in thought leadership activities to enhance the bank's reputation and visibility in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Change Management Within The Financial Services Industry, Preferably At A Global Bank Such As Hsbc.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Large Teams, Including Proven Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Emea Market, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Translate This Knowledge Into Effective Change Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex And High-Impact Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Enhancing Client Experience.
