  1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain broker partners.
  2. Drive the growth of our broker channel distribution network.
  3. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  6. Provide leadership and direction to the broker channel distribution team.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  8. Develop and implement training programs for broker partners to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
  10. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  11. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting broker partners.
  12. Develop and manage the budget for the broker channel distribution department.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with broker partners.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the broker channel distribution network.
