Global Production Support and SRE Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing SRE practices and processes across our global production environment.To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in managing and leading highly available, critical production systems and services, as well as an in-depth understanding of SRE principles and best practices. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading teams with distributed responsibilities and building strong relationships across the organization. You must be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about bringing technical excellence and innovation to the production environment and who has a strong customer focus. This role will be based at our headquarters in London and will require some international travel.
