Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, highly organized and motivated individual to join HSBC's Global Payment Solutions (GPS) team as a Client Management Manager. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the GPS business to deliver a superior customer experience, as well as to increase wallet share and revenue.The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills, as well as an aptitude for understanding customer needs and developing innovative solutions. They should also be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred.
