- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
- Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- Represent HSBC in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent.
