  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
  4. Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  6. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events.
  8. Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
  11. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
  14. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  15. Represent HSBC in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent.
