- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and data in the applicant tracking system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization and promote our values and culture to potential candidates.

- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment process for candidates.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Stay informed of the organization's goals and objectives to ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
- Act as an advocate for the candidate experience and strive to provide a positive and seamless recruitment process for all candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Recruitment, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Institution.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Attracting Top Talent Through Various Sourcing Channels.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Market Trends And Competitor Analysis.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
