  1. Source and attract top talent for HSBC's premier banking division through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop a targeted recruitment strategy to identify suitable candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of potential candidates, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for HSBC.
  4. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future talent needs.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to strengthen the organization's talent pool.
  6. Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote HSBC's premier banking division and attract top talent.

  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition and provide guidance and support to hiring managers and colleagues on recruitment best practices.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information related to candidates and the recruitment process.
  15. Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives related to talent acquisition and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Attracting Top Talent Through Various Sourcing Methods.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices.
