  2. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
  3. Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment processes to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to create a strong talent pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
  7. Represent HSBC as an employer of choice and effectively communicate the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
  8. Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for HSBC.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  13. Keep abreast of any changes in labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and ensure compliance.
  14. Serve as a mentor and advisor to other team members, sharing best practices and providing support when needed.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical behavior in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Strategies And Tools, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Working With Applicant Tracking Systems.
