  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals to join the organization.
  2. Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and requirements that align with the organization's goals.
  6. Utilize creative and innovative methods to attract and retain diverse talent, including underrepresented groups.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes.
  8. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  9. Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates and feedback on recruitment progress.
  10. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires.
  11. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  12. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure recruitment success and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization and promote a positive employer brand in the market.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and ensure compliance in all processes.
  15. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract and retain top talent and contribute to the organization's overall success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Recruitment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations In Colima And Morelia.

  • Experience Working With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders And Building Strong Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Identify And Attract Top Talent.
