FX Operations Analyst

We are looking for a talented and motivated FX Operations Analyst to join the HSBC team. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You must be a highly organized individual with a strong background in foreign exchange operations, banking, and financial services. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of FX transactions, providing support to clients, and adhering to all HSBC policies and procedures.As the successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in FX operations and/or banking. You must have an excellent working knowledge of foreign exchange products and services, as well as FX markets and trading. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong commitment to customer service. 1. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of FX transactions, adhering to all HSBC policies and procedures.
2. Provide support to clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
3. Monitor and analyze FX markets and trading, providing reports to management as needed.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services.
6. Work independently with minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks on time and to the highest standard.
7. Maintain records of all FX operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
8. Develop and implement process improvements to increase FX operations efficiency.
9. Analyze financial data and draw meaningful insights.
10. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with other team members.
