- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the resilience of our financial and exchange services.
- Monitor and assess potential risks and disruptions to our services, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Lead a team of professionals to maintain and enhance the resilience of our services.
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure that resilience measures are integrated into all aspects of our services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of our services to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to service resilience, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Communicate and report on service resilience plans and strategies to senior management and other relevant parties.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that our systems and data are protected against potential threats.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of resilience and risk management.
- Evaluate and select appropriate service providers and vendors, and oversee their performance to ensure compliance with resilience standards.
- Act as a point of contact for any service resilience-related issues or incidents, and coordinate the response and recovery efforts.
- Continuously review and update our service resilience policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization.
- Represent HSBC in industry forums and conferences related to service resilience.
Extensive Experience In Financial Services Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Particularly In The Areas Of Risk Management, Service Resilience And Business Continuity.
Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of Finex Service Resilience, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.
