- Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies for equity derivatives markets.

Advanced Degree In Mathematics Or Quantitative Finance: A Strong Background In Mathematics And Finance Is Essential For A Successful Career As An Equity Derivatives Quant At Hsbc. Most Candidates For This Role Will Have A Master's Or Phd In A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Equity Derivatives Products: A Deep Understanding Of Equity Derivatives Products Such As Options, Swaps, And Structured Products Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With The Pricing Models, Risk Management Techniques, And Market Dynamics Associated With These Products.
