- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with HSBC's values and policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice and support on employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal counsel and external consultants.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all employee interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Mediate And Resolve Conflicts.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Employee Relations Strategies.
