  1. Provide expert guidance and consultation on all employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with HSBC's values and policies.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  4. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
  5. Act as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice and support on employee relations issues.
  6. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal counsel and external consultants.
  8. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  9. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  10. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all employee interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Mediate And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Employee Relations Strategies.
