HSBC is seeking an Emerging Talent Inclusion Advisor for a 9-month fixed term contract to join our inclusive and forward-thinking team.   1. Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  4. Create and deliver training programs on diversity and inclusion to managers and employees.
  5. Partner with HR and recruitment teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized in all hiring and talent acquisition processes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  7. Monitor and track progress of diversity and inclusion initiatives, regularly reporting on successes and areas for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to support diversity and inclusion efforts.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  10. Act as a champion and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  11. Support the development and implementation of employee resource groups and other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and goals.
  13. Evaluate and recommend policies and practices to ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded in all aspects of the organization.
  14. Foster a culture of inclusion by promoting open communication and respect for diverse perspectives.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from employees to improve diversity and inclusion efforts.
  16. Uphold HSBC's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Diversity And Inclusion, Talent Management, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Diversity And Inclusion Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
