  • Risk Management Skills: As A Director, Us Inflation Trader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Risk Associated With Trading Inflation Products. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Risk Management Skills And Be Able To Make Informed Decisions Based On Market Analysis And Data.

  • Team Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Traders And Analysts, So The Candidate Should Have Experience In Effectively Leading And Developing A Team. This Includes Setting Performance Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
