- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers in the MENA region to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the private banking space.
- Mentor and coach relationship managers to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product teams, risk management, and compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to policies and procedures.
