  1. Lead and manage a team of relationship managers in the MENA region to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the private banking space.
  5. Mentor and coach relationship managers to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product teams, risk management, and compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to policies and procedures.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, representing the company with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team, recognizing and rewarding high performers and addressing performance issues when necessary.
  9. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  10. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.

  • Extensive Experience In Private Banking: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Private Banking Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of The Mena Market.

  • Strong Relationship Management Skills: As A Senior Relationship Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Establish And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Individuals.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: The Director - Senior Relationship Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Products And Services, Including Investments, Wealth Management, And Credit Solutions.
