- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems and develop solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data, trends, and patterns to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of decision science strategies and make adjustments as needed.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to data management and analysis.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in decision science.
Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Decision Science, Analytics, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Services And Products, Particularly In The Banking Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling Techniques, Such As Regression Analysis And Machine Learning.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Present Complex Data To Senior Management.
