  1. Develop and implement data loss prevention policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyze network traffic and data flow to identify potential security risks and prevent data loss.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data security issues.
  5. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to data loss prevention and implement best practices.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and providing recommendations for remediation.
  7. Develop and maintain data loss prevention reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program.
  8. Provide training and support to employees on data security policies and procedures.
  9. Work with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new data loss prevention solutions.
  10. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of company-wide security policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data loss prevention controls and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection laws and regulations.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of data loss prevention processes and procedures.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, on data security matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Data Loss Prevention Role, Preferably In The Finance Or Banking Industry.

  • Proficiency In Dlp Tools And Technologies Such As Symantec Dlp, Mcafee Dlp, Or Forcepoint Dlp.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Identify Potential Security Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements Related To Data Protection, Such As Gdpr And Pci Dss.
