  1. Lead and manage a team of data and analytics professionals to achieve team objectives and drive business insights.
  2. Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data and analytics projects, meeting quality standards.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective data solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data and analytics, and implement new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  7. Mentor and coach team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  8. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and enhance data quality.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and laws related to data and analytics.
  11. Communicate effectively with senior management and present data insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  12. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of D&A strategies and initiatives.
  14. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Expertise In Data Analysis And Data Management, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Tools And Technologies Used In The Field.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Data Analysts And Scientists Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Strategies, Including Data Governance, Data Quality Management, And Data Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels To Understand And Address Their Data And Analytics Needs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry And Its Regulatory Landscape, Particularly In The Areas Of Data Privacy And Protection, To Ensure Compliance In All Data-Related Activities.
