  1. Develop and execute simulation exercises to test the resilience of the company's cybersecurity measures.
  2. Design and implement strategic plans for cybersecurity simulation exercises in alignment with overall risk management objectives.
  3. Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the company's cybersecurity measures through simulation exercises and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of simulation exercises into the company's overall cybersecurity framework.
  5. Monitor and analyze simulation exercise results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity simulation exercises, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  7. Manage and oversee the execution of multiple simulation projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve simulation exercises and enhance the company's defenses.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure buy-in and support for simulation exercises.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the results and effectiveness of simulation exercises in improving the company's cybersecurity posture.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices: A Cybersecurity Simulation Manager At Hsbc Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Frameworks, Protocols, And Technologies To Effectively Manage Simulations And Identify Potential Vulnerabilities In The Bank's Systems.

  • Experience With Cybersecurity Simulations And Testing Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With A Variety Of Cybersecurity Simulation And Testing Tools, Such As Penetration Testing Software, Vulnerability Scanners, And Network Security Monitoring Systems.
