At HSBC, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Manager - International and Propositions to join our team. The successful candidate will need to possess a deep understanding and knowledge of the international banking sector, as well as the ability to develop and deliver excellent customer service.This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver excellent customer service to international banking clients.
  2. Lead and motivate team members to provide world-class customer service.
  3. Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer issues with a focus on resolution.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and ensure that customer service standards are met.
  6. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Liaise with external vendors to ensure that customer service needs are met.
  8. Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest banking and customer service trends.

Job Qualifications
