
Customer Manager - International and Propositions
At HSBC, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Manager - International and Propositions to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver excellent customer service to international banking clients.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide world-class customer service.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer issues with a focus on resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure that customer service needs are met.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest banking and customer service trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Equivalent
At Least Years Of Experience In Managing Customer Relationships
Knowledge Of Customer Service And International Regulations/Standards
Proven Track Record In Developing Successful Customer Propositions
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders
