  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business decisions and strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that will enhance the overall customer experience and drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  3. Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets.
  4. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer data analysis and apply them to enhance our data-driven approach.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and insights for analysis.
  10. Lead and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.

  • Experience In Using Customer Data And Market Research To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Business Strategy.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
