Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Experience In Using Customer Data And Market Research To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Business Strategy.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
