  2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of credit risk data and trends to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of credit risk policies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk policies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to credit risk management and incorporate them into the policies.
  6. Work closely with credit risk teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global credit risk policies.
  7. Provide guidance and support to business units in the implementation and adherence to credit risk policies.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with credit risk policies.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs on credit risk policies to enhance understanding and adherence.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk policies, providing advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize credit risk management processes.
  12. Prepare and present reports on credit risk policies and their impact on the business to senior management.
  13. Foster a culture of risk awareness and responsibility within the organization.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in credit risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Policies, Processes, And Regulations, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies.
