Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Credit Advisor to join HSBC's Credit Advisory team. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of credit processes and a passion for providing excellent customer service.The successful candidate will be expected to provide advice on credit related matters to customers, including making credit decisions and providing advice on potential risks and opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that customer expectations are met.We are looking for a Credit Advisor who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. The ability to use financial software and applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Access, is a plus.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
