  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service while representing the values of HSBC.
  2. Manage and oversee trust and fiduciary accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
  3. Utilize strong understanding of financial concepts to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, understand their needs and goals, and provide regular updates on account status.
  5. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for clients, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within HSBC to ensure seamless and efficient operations for clients.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in trust and fiduciary services.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, transactions, and account activities.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing timely and effective solutions.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of HSBC by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Regulations, Including Ifrs And Local Laws.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software Programs.
